Beautiful Residential Exterior Transformation

We absolutely love the way this home exterior project turned out in Lithia! To get started, the PAINT CORPS™ crew press washed the entire exterior to ensure a clean, smooth surface for painting. Then, we filled holes, sealed the stucco, and sealed the entire exterior with Loxon Conditional.

Once the prep was complete, the painting began! We sprayed the exterior soffits, fascia, and trim, and painted the exterior with Sherwin-Williams Duration®. We finished the project by sanding, cleaning, and fine finishing all the exterior doors. The new color and bright, white trim really make the stone exterior pop!
