Nick Hernandez-Sepper began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems, specializing in Nuclear Engineering, from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in June 2016, where he gained extensive experience on military and cargo vessels while traveling to various countries. He holds a US Coast Guard License as an Unlimited Horsepower Third Engineer, allowing him to operate any vessel worldwide. In August 2023, he earned an Executive MBA in Aerospace and Defense from the University of Oklahoma, focusing on managerial and leadership skills in the industry. Additionally, he completed a graduate certificate in commercial space applications from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024 and another graduate certificate in supply chain management from the University of Oklahoma in December of 2025.

He began his Naval career in June 2016 as an Officer in the US Navy, focusing on sailors' career progression and personal issues, and since January 2018, he has held a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. He earned his qualification as a Naval Flight Officer with Task Group 114.2 in March 2018 and completed 18 deployments, accumulating over 1200 flight hours while prioritizing crew safety through operational risk management. He has led over 200 sailors in two maintenance departments, earning multiple safety awards, and as a Task Group Duty Officer, he managed a team of 21 in Command Center operations, overseeing current operations, dynamic planning, and crisis action for over $4.2 billion in national assets globally.

Gafatasi “Tasi” Fuimaono is the owner and operator of PAINT CORPS of West Chester. A retired U.S. Army veteran with 24 years of distinguished service, Tasi built his reputation on operational excellence, precision, and disciplined leadership that consistently drove team performance and mission success.

After his military career, he served as a Project Manager at Comcast NBCUniversal through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, where he led strategic initiatives, forged key partnerships, developed programs, and increased veteran engagement through enterprise-wide programs that reached thousands of employees and strengthened community outreach across multiple regions.

Tasi brings this same mission-first mindset to the painting industry. His leadership ensures every project is delivered with clear communication, reliable timelines, and a commitment to quality that exceeds expectations. Dustin Broek, a military veteran with a distinguished 9-year service, transitioned from an Infantrymen in the 2nd Ranger Battalion to a commissioned officer in the 1st Armored Division. Post-service, he pursued a civil engineering degree, marking the beginning of a dynamic civilian career. Hired by BP, Dustin excelled as a Construction Engineer in Prudhoe Bay, managing multi-million dollar projects for 5 years. His trajectory shifted to BP Lubricants (Castrol), where he served as the Heavy Duty Lubricants Area Sales Manager for the northwest, showcasing a seamless transition from engineering to sales. Transferred to the Midwest, specifically Cincinnati, Dustin's family found a new home in the city's vibrant embrace. Collaborating with his long-time friend, Lou Pohorence, they started a veteran-owned painting company, blending military precision with an entrepreneurial spirit. Dustin's journey, spanning military leadership, engineering excellence, and business acumen, reflects an unwavering commitment to success and community impact, epitomizing the fusion of discipline, adaptability, and a passion for service.

Brandon and his wife Tiffany started their painting business after serving 3 years in the U.S. Army in Communications, followed by 15 years as a High School Teacher and Basketball/Football Coach. Tiffany's career includes 15 years as an Elementary Teacher. Brandon and Tiffany operate PAINT CORPS of Sarasota-Bradenton with their sons, and enjoy spending their spare time outdoors and with family.

Meet Burgess Perry, a veteran of the US Army and owner of PAINT CORPS^® of Tampa, FL. Prior to joining PAINT CORPS^® Franchise, Burgess served in the Army for 10 years, working as a combat medic and later in his career as an inpatient nurse. After the Army, he spent his career working in the healthcare industry before officially joining the franchise. Burgess and his team know the importance of service and are ready to help you on your next interior or exterior painting project in Tampa.
