Raymond "Ray" Fike III is the co-owner of PAINT CORPS of Frisco, proudly serving Frisco and surrounding communities with the precision, reliability, and craftsmanship that only a veteran-owned business can deliver. Texas has been Ray’s home for over 22 years. Living right here in Aubrey with his family, this is more than just a business for him—it is a personal commitment to the community he loves.

Ray served seven years as a Captain and Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, completing four deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He led teams of up to 417 personnel responsible for 33 C-130 aircraft valued at $1.1 billion across three global theaters. Under his leadership, his unit achieved the highest mission effectiveness rate on record for the command, earning him recognition as the top company grade maintenance officer in Air Mobility Command.

Following his military service, Ray earned an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University and spent two decades leading complex operations and large teams across financial services, manufacturing, and technology. Today, he brings that same disciplined execution, clear communication, and uncompromised standard of quality to every project.
