{"id":1254,"date":"2023-03-08T15:57:50","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T20:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paintcorps.com\/?post_type=career&#038;p=1254"},"modified":"2023-03-28T15:19:02","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T19:19:02","slug":"crew-leader-phoenix","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/www.paintcorps.com\/about\/careers\/crew-leader-phoenix\/","title":{"rendered":"Crew Leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Crew Leader is responsible to complete the scope of work on budget, give the customer a 5 star experience, and direct, elevate, and build their team in all the values of the company.<\/p>\n<h5>Reports to:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Office Manager, Estimator, Owner, Daily Updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Responsibility:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Exhibit Excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver an on-budget project while exceeding expectations of the customer<\/li>\n<li>Direct Team for an efficient result<\/li>\n<li>Coach team on techniques, processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Model and coach team members the company culture and values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Required Competencies:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Product knowledge and selection within our project scopes<\/li>\n<li>Proper use of tools and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Be organized and create plans to guide yourself and your team<\/li>\n<li>Take direction and be coachable<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to communicate effectively with the customer<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe jobsite<\/li>\n<li>Give direction to your team for efficient production<\/li>\n<li>Make your team better than they were yesterday by teaching and coaching them around deficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Have a positive and can do attitude using the company purpose statement and values as guides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete pre job, daily, and close out check lists<\/li>\n<li>Ensure paint and equipment are ordered for delivery in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Manage your team through huddles two times per day and continuous feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team member reviews<\/li>\n<li>Monitor adherence to company policy and correct as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Attend training and Team Leader Meetings as required<\/li>\n<li>Be current with all safety measures including SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and insure all activity is conducted in a safe manner.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all tools and equipment is inspected daily and lock out tag out is performed when any tools or equipment are damaged.<\/li>\n<li>Solve challenges autonomously when possible.<\/li>\n<li>Report any damage or injuries immediately using proper reporting forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Apply as a Crew Leader with PAINT CORPS\u2122 Phoenix North | Build Your Career<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Do you want a rewarding career in painting?
