Major Home Exterior Painting Project

This homeowner wanted to brighten up the exterior of his home by ditching the tan and brown finishes, and painting everything bright white with black shutters. To prep the home, PAINT CORPS^® pressure washed the exterior with a solution to start with a fresh surface. Then, we filled holes, sealed the stucco, and sealed the entire exterior with Loxon Conditioner. Then began the fun! Our crew painted the exterior, soffits, fascia, and trim with Sherwin-Williams Duration® Exterior Coating. Finally, we sanded and cleaned the exterior doors with trisodium phosphate (TSP), and used a fine finish spray to complete them. Mission accomplished!
